Born in Negroes, Montalegre, Portugal on June 13, 1953, he was a son of the late Jaime and Luisa Dias Rodrigues. He was the owner and operator of Tony Rod's Custom Fence Company.
Tony enjoyed muscle cars and riding his motorcycle. He could always be found with his many friends taking weekend motorcycle rides all over the state. He participated in many fundraising events to help those less fortunate and raise awareness for a good cause. He always captivated the room with his smile and outgoing personality. He was always referred to by everyone as 'a brother" and 'best friend". Tony was free spirited, adventurous, he enjoyed life to the fullest and made the best of every day.
But above all things, what he cherished most was the time he spent with his children and grandchildren, they were his world. He was always there to support and encourage his children and never missed his grandchildren's games, plays or school events. He was truly a loving and dedicated father and grandfather and will always be remembered for his huge heart and willingness to help anyone in need. The values he taught and the unconditional love he gave will forever live in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
